Kathmandu. Opposition parties obstructed the House of Representatives.
Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal on Thursday gave time to Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gaumat, on behalf of Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Balen Shah to present the bill.
The opposition parties stood up and protested. Speaker Aryal had given time to the opposition parties
