Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sushila Karki at the latter’s official residence in Baluwatar on Sunday.

You have succeeded in giving the country a democratic exit and a safe landing through elections in a small team and surprising the world in a short time. We have the highest respect for you for this. Your contribution will always be remembered by the country. We will also be remembered. We look forward to your continued guidance and role as a guardian in the coming days as well. Your experience and guidance will be needed by the country and our government. ’

On the occasion, PM Karki congratulated the RSP for its success in the elections and urged the people to work unitedly and not leave room for the countrymen to be disappointed.

“The country is crying now. The people of the country have high expectations from you youths. You have to be able to bring a smile on the face of the country. There are many challenges, but we should move ahead by being careful,” the Prime Minister said, adding, “We will definitely get the expected results if we work with honesty.” Those who oppose and criticize should be answered with action. ’

During the meeting, they also discussed contemporary political issues.

On the occasion, party president Lamichhane said he and his party had no objection to the decisions taken by the incumbent government. He also suggested the government to carry out works that could be carried out with full capacity until the next government takes over.
