The company is now preparing to go for a merger after the number of new employees has become even negligible.

Similarly, Dish Home had also discussed the process of splitting Dish Media and forming a separate company with Dish Home’s Internet and merging it with another ISP, and going for IPO by keeping Dish Home in the existing company. But even after seeing that the Securities Board would not support it, the company went for a merger with another ISP. The company has also confirmed that it is in talks with some for a merger.
