Kathmandu. The Pentagon has asked for a large amount of money for the war with Iran. According to a report in the Washington Post, the Pentagon has asked the President’s Office for $ 200 billion for the war with Iran.
A senior administration official was quoted as saying that more than $200 billion was requested to be approved. The money is expected to be much higher than Iran has spent so far and is aimed at immediately ramping up production of depleted weapons.
Over the past two weeks, the Pentagon has submitted separate requests for funding. The latest demand is expected to be debated in the US Congress.
