US President Donald Trump has said he will be “indirectly” involved in talks between Iran and the United States in Geneva, Switzerland. Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump said he would be “indirectly involved” in the talks.
The second round of U.S.-Iran nuclear talks, brokered by Oman, will take place in Geneva today. Yesterday, Iran’s Foreign Ministry said that the US position on the nuclear issue is now moving in a realistic direction.
Trump has called these talks very important and indicated that this time he is serious about the Iran deal. Trump has said that Iran does not want to face the consequences of not doing the deal.
