Kathmandu. About 50 percent of the expansion work of the section from Narayan Gopal Chowk to Slipper Factory has been completed. Although it was said that the project would be constructed with the grant of the Chinese government, the Nepal government has started the expansion of this section with its own investment after the delay in the construction of the section.
A budget of TAG_OPEN_div_14 Rs 250 million has been allocated for this purpose in the current fiscal year. Accordingly, the work has been started by constructing a contract for a distance of seven hundred meters.
