Kathmandu. More than 4,000 bicycles out of more than 27,000 bicycles have been stored in the godown of the Janakpurdha-based cigarette factory (Madhesh Bhawan) under the ‘Chief Minister’s Daughter Education, Save Daughter’ programme launched by the first government led by Lalbabu Raut in Madhes.
