‘Audio scandal’ brings Dhaka expelled from RSP by Harka Sampang

. KATHMANDU: Expelled lawmaker Dhaka Kumar Shrestha from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has joined the Labour and Culture Party. Party Chairman Harka Sampang formally welcomed Shrestha to the party on Tuesday.

The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) had taken action against Shrestha after an audio clip of Durga Prasain being asked for money to become a minister was made public.TAG_OPEN_p_3 He was elected as a proportional representation member in the 2079 BS from the RSP.

Informing about Shrestha’s entry into the party, Chairman Sampang wrote on social media, “Welcome to Dhaka Kumar Shrestha!TAG_OPEN_p_2 Now I’m going to do it!”
