National Assembly election: Voting begins in Madhes

. Voting has begun for the National Assembly election in Madhesh Province. The voting process has begun in Janakpurdham this morning.

Elections are taking place in all seven provinces today for 18 NA posts falling vacant from March 4.TAG_OPEN_p_7 The voting will continue till 3 pm.

Out of the total 18 posts, one election was held unopposed for one post under Khas-Arya category in Koshi Province while voting is underway for the remaining 17 posts.TAG_OPEN_p_6

Sunil Bahadur Thapa of Nepali Congress has been elected unopposed from Khas-Arya constituency of Koshi Province.TAG_OPEN_p_5
