KATHMANDU: The price of gold has come down by Rs 2,400 per tola on the last day of trading. Gold prices fell by Rs 1,000 per tola on Sunday and Monday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, gold is being traded at Rs 3,18,500 per tola today. The gold was Rs 3,20,900 per tola yesterday. Gold was trading at Rs 3,22,100 per tola on Wednesday.
On the first trading day of the week, the price of gold on Sunday increased by Rs 2,800 to Rs 3,19,500 compared to the previous week. On Friday last week, gold was Rs 3,16,700.
However, the price of silver has not fluctuated today. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of silver has increased by Rs 4,965 per tola. Yesterday, silver was traded at Rs 4,975 per tola.
