Kathmandu. Rabindra Mehta, 22, who was shot dead in the Kaptanganj incident in Sunsari, has died.
He was immediately referred to Kathmandu and was undergoing treatment at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj.
According to Kathmandu Police Spokesperson SP Dan Bahadur Thapa, doctors declared him dead at 10:30 am on Tuesday. He was shot in the body. The bullet was not removed due to his serious health condition.
With this, the death toll in the incident has risen to 3.
