Kathmandu. In the last 24 hours, the traffic police have taken action against drivers of 84,100 vehicles.
As of Monday morning, the traffic police conducted checks in different parts of the Kathmandu Valley carried out action against 56 drivers for drunk driving, 80 for driving through CCTV and 29 for using red beacons.
Similarly, 54 drivers were taken for speeding, 23 for not wearing horns, 20 for lane crossing, 23 for not being in good condition, 22 for one-way traffic and 534 for others.
