Kathmandu. In the last 24 hours, the traffic police have taken action against drivers of 1,2790 vehicles.
As of Friday morning, 69 drivers have been taken for drunken driving, 76 for driving under the influence of alcohol, 76 for driving under the influence of CCTVs and 59 for driving under red light.
Similarly, 145 drivers were penalized for speeding, 36 for no-horn, 64 for lane crossing, 26 for not being in good condition, 34 for one-way traffic and 770 for others.
