Kathmandu. Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle has formed a committee to hold talks with the agitating microfinance victims. Issuing a ministerial decision on Thursday, he formed a team under the convenorship of Joint Secretary Mahesh Acharya at the Ministry of Finance. He has directed the committee to start talks with the victims today.
The other members of the committee are Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Law Binod Kumar Bhattarai, Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs Suresh Panthi and Executive Director of Nepal Rastra Bank Ramu Poudel.
Under-secretary at the Ministry of Finance Bolraj Acharya is the member secretary of the talk committee. The first meeting of the committee is taking place at the Ministry of Finance shortly. The meeting will start talks with the agitating microfinance victims today itself.
