Kathmandu. The Supreme Court (SC) has refused to issue an interim order against the government’s decision to appoint lawmakers as private secretaries.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on July 13 had decided to allow the lawmakers to appoint private secretaries. Advocate Dr. The Supreme Court (SC) has refused to issue an interim order in response to a writ petition filed by Prem Raj Silwal.
A single bench of Justice Binod Sharma refused to issue an interim order in response to the writ petition filed on Friday.
The Supreme Court has issued a show-cause order in the name of the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
