. KATHMANDU: Police have arrested two persons in connection with the leak of the question paper of the first semester MBS (MBS) of Tribhuvan University (TU) Faculty of Management within minutes of the commencement of the examination.
The Cyber Bureau has arrested two persons, including a person known as ‘Sulabh Sir’.TAG_OPEN_p_42 Minister for Education and Sports, Sasmit Pokharel, has spoken to Inspector General of Police Dan Bahadur Karki about the incident.
The incident came to light after a screenshot of the question paper of the examination held on July 22 was shared in a WhatsApp group called ‘MBS First Same Section C’ within five minutes of the start of the examination. After this, the management faculty of TU had made a formal request to the Cyber Bureau for investigation.
TU has also formed a three TAG_OPEN_p_40-member probe committee to find out the truth behind the incident. The committee has been given the responsibility to submit its report within seven working days. g.
