Kathmandu. Bibek Mandal, who attempted self-immolation, died while undergoing treatment.
Mandal, 35, of Sisautiya of Godaita municipality-10 in Sarlahi district died at 2:00 am on Monday while undergoing treatment at the Burn Hospital in Kirtipur.
Vivek had tried to self-immolate by pouring petrol. Bibek was airlifted to Kathmandu on Friday and admitted to Kirtipur-based Burn Hospital.
He is survived by a spouse, a son and a daughter.
