Kathmandu. KATHMANDU — Speaker DP Aryal has said that the speed and spirit of the executive, judiciary and legislature should be matched in the hurry to build the country.
Speaking at a programme organized in Kathmandu today, he said that we should move ahead by taking the experience of the previous generation and the knowledge gained by the previous generation.
“We need the speed and spirit of the three bodies executive, judiciary and legislature to take the country on a fast track, make the country prosperous and work for the livelihood of the people,” he said. In this, we have envisioned the rule of law somewhere in the present constitution by following the constitution in letter and spirit. ’
“There is no doubt that there should be no difficulty in the rule of law,” he said.
“We should be nudged to create an environment conducive for livelihood, nationality and nation building, to make a prosperous nation, to maintain good governance and to end corruption and to make Nepal livable,” he said. ’
