Kathmandu. Kabindra Burlakoti, Pramod Neupane, Ganesh Parajuli, Jagadish Kharel (Lalitpur), Shishir Khanal and Rajunath Pandey have withdrawn their candidacies for the post of general secretary of the party.
They withdrew their candidacy for the post of General Secretary saying that they would support Bipin Kumar Acharya.
The candidates are Manish Jha, Ranju Darshana, Ganesh Karki, Sagar Dhakal and Bipin Kumar Acharya. The first general convention of the Rastriya Swatantra Party is underway in Chitwan.
