Kathmandu. Portugal defeated Uzbekistan 5-0 in the FIFA World Cup 2026 on Sunday.
Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo scored two goals against Uzbekistan in the match played at Houston Stadium in the United States on Tuesday night.
Portugal took a 3-0 lead over Uzbekistan in the first half. In the second match, captain Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice and Nuno Mendes scored one.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored the first goal for Portugal in the sixth minute and Nuno Mendes scored the second goal in the 17th minute. Cristiano Ronaldo scored the second goal of the match in the 39th minute.
