Kathmandu. The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has arrested Director General of the Department of Passports, Tirtha Raj Aryal.
According to CIAA sources, Aryal was arrested in connection with the investigation into the passport purchase scam. Along with Aryal, businessman Siddhartha Thapa is also involved in this case.
