Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: A total of 183 leaders of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) led by its General Secretary Dr Dhawal Shumsher Rana have resigned en masse from the party. They announced their resignations at a group meeting on Thursday.

Speaking at the resignation announcement program, Dr. Rana said that they were compelled to leave the party. Describing it as a sad day rather than happiness, he said that they have not been able to take forward the political values, values and agenda they have been carrying for a long time from within the party.

“We had to leave our homes,” he said. It’s not a day of happiness, it’s a day of sadness. When you come to the conclusion that your values and values cannot be passed on from the house you live in, then you should leave that house with courage and build another house. ’

Dr. Stating that the last four years have been the most painful period of his political career, Rana claimed that he has tried to take RPP on the right direction and the path of achieving the agenda.

He said that he had led the party’s movement, tried to reform the party organization and tried to establish RPP as a strong political force of the nation.

“I was trying to take RPP on the right path, on the path of achieving the agenda. I led the movement. I wanted to reform the party and make it a strong party of the nation. But all my efforts were not allowed to move forward,” he said.

He said he would not directly blame the party leadership and would not complain about the “home” he had left behind, that is, the party and its friends. Similarly, he called on all the cadres of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) to unite to build nationalist forces in this country.
