Kathmandu. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has announced that Nepal Telecom will sell its shares to the general public. He said that the government will keep 66 percent of the shares and the remaining shares will be sold by mid-January.
The Finance Minister made this announcement while delivering the budget speech for the fiscal year 2083/84 today. He also said that the proceeds from the sale of shares will be used to make Nepal a tech hub.
