Kathmandu. Labour and Culture Party lawmaker Harka Raj Rai (Sampang) stood up immediately after the commencement of the meeting of the House of Representatives today and showed placards in protest.
He has been continuously standing up from his seat in the House of Representatives meeting since May 18 and showing placards.
They have continued it to this day. Now, Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal has given him time to speak.
