Kathmandu. Supreme Court Chief Justice Dr KC Manoj Sharma’s case will be heard at 1:30 pm.
Secretary of the Parliamentary Hearing Committee Tul Prasad Kandel has written to the Constitutional Council to make arrangement for the presence of the Parliamentary Hearing Committee at 1 pm.
A total of 16 complaints have been registered against Sharma. A majority of the Constitutional Council on May 8 had decided to recommend Sharma for the post of Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
The committee had discussed the complaints against Sharma in the morning.
