Kathmandu. A man has been arrested on the charge of murder in Chandragiri Hills.
Police have arrested Sami Ahmad, 38, of Kharibot in Chandragiri Municipality-3 on Saturday night on charge of murdering 20-year-old Zakir Mansuri of Mahottari.
A police team deputed from Police Circle, Thankot arrested Samil after receiving information that he was seriously injured in the attack with a sharp weapon and knife during a domestic dispute.
Zakir succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at Medpoint Hospital.
Police said further investigation is underway in this connection.
