Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives (HoR) has tabled a bill to replace eight ordinances promulgated by the government led by Prime Minister Balen Shah.

The bill to replace the ordinance was tabled in the House of Representatives on Monday.

Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sovita Gautam, on the behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, presented the ‘Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2083’, ‘Special Provision Ordinance on Relieving Public Officials Ordinance, 2083′, and Constitutional Council (Functions, Duties, Rights and Procedure) (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2083’.

Likewise, Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle presented the Money Laundering Prevention (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2083 and Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sovita Gautam presented the ‘Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts, 2083’.

Similarly, Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation Pratibha Rawal registered the ‘Ordinance to amend some Nepal Acts related to Health Sciences Academy-2083’, Minister for Health and Population Nisha Mehta registered the ‘Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Health Sciences, 2083’, and Minister for Education, Science and Technology Sasmit Pokharel tabled the ‘Ordinance to Amend some Nepal Acts related to University, 2083’.
