Kathmandu. Harka Sampang, chairman of the Labour and Culture Party, has expressed concern over the government’s failure to take concrete steps on the border dispute. Speaking at a meeting of the House of Representatives, he accused the government of misusing the army to create terror in the squatters.
“Did you send the Nepal Army to guard the border or to show bullying in the squatters? What is the reason for spreading terror among its own poor people by misusing the army but cannot protect the border? We need an answer to that. ’
He said that the country has become guardianless today. He said the government had failed because it had no meaning.
