Kathmandu. The meeting of both the Houses of the Federal Parliament is taking place today.
President Ram Chandra Poudel is scheduled to address a joint session of the Federal Parliament today, according to the Parliament Secretariat.
According to Article 95 of the constitution, the President will present the policies and programmes of the government in the joint session at 4:00 pm.
The meeting also urged the members of the House of Representatives and National Assembly to be present before 3:45 pm in the joint meeting to be presented by President Poudel.
Prior to this, both the meetings of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly will start separately from 2:00 pm.
