Kathmandu. The government has decided to send the ordinance related to the Constitutional Council to the President again. The meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Monday decided to send the ordinance to President Ram Chandra Poudel for promulgation of the ordinance, according to the government spokesperson, Sasmit Pokharel.
On Sunday, the President sent the ordinance back to the government for reconsideration.
