Kathmandu. Nepal Telecom (NTC) has expanded all the packages under its prepaid service with validity of 28 days to 30 days.
According to the company, the validity of Combo 299 pack has been extended from 28 days to 30 days on April 9. Likewise, NTC Spokesperson Rabindra Manandhar said that all other packages for 28 days will be effective from April 24 with a period of 30 days with some price adjustment.
Customers are expected to benefit directly from this change. According to the company, it will be easier to use the service as it is enough to recharge only once a month. In addition, customers will get additional convenience in the use of data, voice and SMS as they will get two more days of service at the same price.
NTC has presented this as a consumer-friendly improvement. It is believed that this arrangement will facilitate expense management and increase customer satisfaction. At the same time, it is expected to make the competition in the telecommunications sector more active.
