A team from the District Police Range, Kathmandu arrested 18 middlemen.
Police arrested 18 middlemen from the Land Revenue Office, Kalanki, Chabahil and Company Registrar Office, Tripureshwor.
According to the police, they used to harass and extort money on the pretext of getting the work done quickly.
