Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Newly-elected presidents of four thematic committees under the National Assembly have taken oath of office and secrecy.
Chairman of the National Assembly Narayan Prasad Dahal administered the oath of office and secrecy to them amidst a special function on Wednesday.
Pooja Chaudhary of Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee, Krishna Bahadur Rokaya of Legislation Management Committee, Jayanti Devi Rai of Federalism Empowerment and National Concern Committee and Krishna Prasad Poudel of Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee took oath of office and secrecy.
The newly-elected presidents have pledged to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
