Kathmandu. Kiran Pandit has been appointed as the deputy governor of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
A meeting of the Council of Ministers on Tuesday decided to appoint Executive Director Pandit to the post of Deputy Governor.
The post of two deputy governors of Nepal Rastra Bank was vacant. The post had been lying vacant since the retirement of Deputy Governors Neelam Dhungana Timsina and Bam Bahadur Mishra. Pandit has been appointed to one of them.
