Kathmandu. The Ministry of Education has directed all the local levels to refund the admission fees and other fees charged against the law.

The ministry has also asked the government to implement the Supreme Court’s order not to enroll students before the new academic session. Issuing a press release today, Spokesperson at the Ministry, Shiva Kumar Sapkota, warned of making arrangements for enrolling students only after the commencement of the academic session and not to charge fees against the fee standard.

The Ministry has also warned that violating the Supreme Court’s order last Friday and admitting students before the academic session would be punishable.

The new academic session is starting from April 29.
