Kathmandu. Christians celebrate Easter Sunday today. A special rally and other programmes have been organised in Kathmandu on the occasion.
The rallies that started from different parts of the valley finally reached the Dasharath Stadium and turned into a mass event. The participants of the program have reflected the importance of Easter through hymns, prayers, and cultural performances.
Easter Sunday is a major feast commemorating the resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is believed to convey a message of hope, love, and resurrection. The program organized in Kathmandu has also spread the message of religious tolerance and social unity.
