‘I want to speak in parliament for 1 hour and 7 minutes’: Harka Sampang

Kathmandu. Chairman of the Labour and Culture Party, Harka Sampang, said he would like to speak in the parliament for 1 hour and 7 minutes.

The meeting of the House of Representatives begins today. The top leaders are scheduled to address the first meeting of the convention.

The time for congratulatory speeches has been divided on the basis of the number of lawmakers of the parties. Accordingly, the Labour and Culture Party got 7 minutes.

Chairman Sampang will address the gathering from the Labour and Culture Party.

“We were told that we would be allowed to speak for only 7 minutes. I want to speak for 1 hour and 7 minutes, not 7 minutes,” Sampang wrote on social media. ’
