Kathmandu. The Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting of the Nepali Congress is taking place today. The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm at the party office, Sanepa.
The meeting, which is scheduled to take place after the election to the House of Representatives held on March 4, has been viewed with importance.
The central working committee meeting of the Nepali Congress has been called to review the election and prepare its future strategy. Party President Gagan Kumar Thapa resigned from his post on Wednesday.
President Thapa submitted his resignation letter to Vice-President Bishwa Prakash Sharma on Wednesday. The meeting will also discuss the resignation letter of President Thapa. Vice-president Sharma has already said that the resignation of the party president will be rejected. However, the Congress will take a decision on this issue after discussing it in the meeting.
