Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) has ordered the government to submit original documents related to the decision of the Office of the Attorney General to amend the charge sheet against Rabi Lamichhane on money laundering and organized crime.
A division bench of Justices Saranga Subedi and Sunil Kumar Pokharel issued a directive to the District Government Attorney’s Office on January 15, 2082 to amend the charge sheet and asked for a copy of the decision to correct the mistake made on January 15, 2082.
Attorney General Sabita Bhandari had initially decided to amend the charge sheet in Ravi’s case. After 2 days, she decided to amend the case of all the other accused.
The court has been asked to adjourn the case to a bench other than the judge who cannot hear the case till March 9.
