Kathmandu. Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) and Thapathali Paropakar and Presentation House, Nepal Eye Hospital and Nepal Red Cross Society have signed an agreement to this effect. An agreement was reached on Thursday to work on health and community support.
Following the agreement, Acting Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Sunita Dangol, said that KMC has collaborated with various help centers for the management of health waste.
“We need a place to work, but it’s hard to find a place in Kathmandu. This time, collaboration with the Maternity Hospital will help to run the functions of the Health Promotion Center in a systematic way. We have to work as fast as possible,” she said.
Dangol said that they are collaborating with various help centers for the management of health waste.
She also warned about the increasing eye problems among students, saying, “Many students are spending more time on mobile. This is causing problems in the eyes. The agreement with Nepal Eye Hospital will directly benefit around 20,000 students. ’
She said that although there is less manpower to work, 20 people should be employed instead of 10 if needed.
“Even if there is less staff, 20 people will be hired instead of 10 if needed,” she said. All health care and management activities will be carried out effectively. ’
