Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sushila Karki performed Rudrabhishek Puja at the Pashupatinath temple this morning.
Prime Minister Karki performed the puja as a thank you to the Pashupatinath, the deity of the temple, after the peaceful conclusion of the election.
She expressed her gratitude to the support and cooperation from all quarters to take the country ahead on the path of peace and stability and wished for the country to move towards the path of further progress in the days ahead.
She also called for the consolidation of the feelings of unity, goodwill and belongingness among all Nepalis throughout the country.
Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Anil Kumar Sinha, Member Secretary of the Pashupati Area Development Trust Prakash Mani Sharma and Executive Director Subash Joshi were also present on the occasion.
