Kathmandu. The initial public offering (IPO) of Shikhar Power Limited has been completed. Global IME Capital Limited, the issue manager of the company, has issued the IPO today.
According to the company, a total of 2,88,16,990 units of shares were applied from 2,687,347 applicants in the IPO. Out of them, 4,22,200 units of shares submitted by 36,500 applicants have been rejected due to various reasons. The remaining 26,50,847 applicants have applied for 2,83,94,790 units of shares.
Out of the total applications, only 1,84,260 applicants have been allotted 10 units of shares through lottery. The remaining 24,66,587 applicants have been deprived of the IPO. Most of the investors did not get the shares due to high applications.
