Kathmandu. KATHMANDU — The Nepali Congress (NC) is set to submit its name to the Election Commission tomorrow for the proportional representation (PR) category. General Secretary Gururaj Ghimire said that discussions are underway to merge the names from the closed list and send the names by tomorrow. According to him, the name of the sender has not been finalized yet.
He said, “We are preparing to submit the names to the commission by combining the cluster in such a way that everyone is represented.” We’ll send it by tomorrow. The name has not been finalized yet. ’
He said that they are now focusing on homework on the names to be submitted to the commission under the proportional representation category. The Nepali Congress won 18 seats in the FPTP elections and got 38 seats under the proportional representation category.
