‘There will be chaos if people’s questions are not answered in parliament’: Harka Sampang

Kathmandu. Chairman of the Labour and Culture Party, Harka Sampang, has indicated that there will be a ruckus if the answers are not answered when the questions of the people are asked in the House. Referring to senior leader of the RSP, Balen Shah, he said that the leadership was needed to give time in the parliament and give answers.

He said it would be better if Ravi Lamichhane led the government. He wrote on social media, “Now everyone must accept that the people have elected, but it is better because Ravi is leading the government.” ’

He commented on Balen saying that a person who does not speak cannot answer the question in detail. He wrote, “People who do not speak cannot answer in detail. A leadership is needed to answer the questions of the people in the parliament and give time, otherwise there will be chaos. ’

Harka Sampang, who is contesting for the House of Representatives election from Sunsari-1, is on the verge of victory. Although the final results of this constituency are yet to be announced, he is ahead of his rival by 13,298 votes. So far, Sampang has received 33,565 votes.

His nearest rival was NC’s Goma Tamang who got 20,237 votes. Surya Kumar Bhattarai of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) got 5,589 votes and Tika Ram Limbu of the CPN (UML) got 4,849 votes. The vote counting of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City and Barahakshetra Municipality has been underway so far. Now, the votes of 2 wards of Ramdhuni Municipality are yet to be counted.
