Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RSP) conducts clean sweep in all four constituencies of Sarlahi

Kathmandu. The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has won the House of Representatives election held in Sarlahi on Thursday. They won all the four constituencies by defeating their rivals by wide margins.

In Sarlahi constituency-1, Bhandari Karki has been elected as the leader of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP). She defeated Nepali Congress candidate Shambhu Lal Shrestha by over 36,000 votes. Bhandari got 44,181 votes while his nearest rival Shrestha got 7,871 votes.

Similarly, Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RSP) candidate Rabin Mahato has been elected from Sarlahi constituency-2. He garnered 42,512 votes to defeat his nearest rival by a huge margin.

His nearest rival was left alliance’s Narayan Kaji Shrestha who got 8,523 votes. Likewise, Rajendra Mahato of Rastriya Mukti Party got 5,992 votes.

Similarly, in Sarlahi-3, Rastriya Samajwadi Party candidate Narendra Sah Kalwar won with 46,890 votes. His nearest rival Narayan Kaji Shrestha of NCP got 13,338 votes. He defeated Shrestha by 33,552 votes.

Similarly, in Sarlahi-4, RSP candidate Dr. Amresh Kumar Singh won the election with 35,688 votes. His nearest rival was NC’s Gagan Thapa who got 22,831 votes. Singh defeated Thapa by 12,857 votes.
