Kathmandu. The Labour Culture Party has opened its account. Aren Rai of the Labour and Culture Party won the first seat from Khotang.
He garnered 16,612 votes while his nearest rival was NC’s Bir Kaji Rai who got 12,714 votes. Likewise, Dev Bikram Rai of CPN-UML got 11,957 votes.
