Kathmandu. According to the counting of votes for the House of Representatives in Jhapa-5, senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RPP) Balen Shah is leading with a huge margin.
Balen is leading by 38,065 votes so far. Out of 106372 votes cast, Balen garnered 52,9600 votes while his nearest rival CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli garnered 14,031 votes.
Likewise, NC’s Mandhara Chimoriya got 1417 votes while his nearest rival Ranjit Tamang of NCP got 996 votes.
