Kathmandu. In Gulmi-1, CPN-UML’s Pradip Gyawali and Nepali Congress leader Chandra Bhandari are leading in Gulmi-1.
Earlier, in 2079 BS, he came into the limelight by going to Dadeldhura to compete with the then Nepali Congress President and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
Engineer Dhakal, who hails from Gulmi, is now contesting from his home district. Senior leaders of CPN-UML and Nepali Congress, who have made a name for themselves in the country from Gulmi, are also in the race with Sudarshan Baral, who is also the state chairman of the CPN-UML.
In the initial update, he has taken the lead, overtaking everyone. Out of 639 votes counted, NC’s Chandra Bhandari got 103 votes, CPN-UML’s Pradeep Gyawali got 118 votes and NCP’s Sudarshan Baral got 129 votes.
