Kathmandu. Nepali Congress (NC) candidate Gagan Thapa is leading in Sarlahi-4 while Rastriya Janata Party (RSP) candidate Amresh Kumar Singh is leading in the by-election.
Amresh got 1,908 votes while Gagan got 536 votes. Likewise, his nearest rival Rajnis Raya received 379 votes.
