. In the House of Representatives election from Jhapa-5, Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP) candidate Balen Shah is leading by more than double the votes of CPN-UML’s KP Sharma Oli.
According to the votes so far, Balen has got 10,190 votes while Oli has got only 4,087 votes.TAG_OPEN_p_3 The counting of votes is underway and Balen’s lead is clear.
The election officer is yet to formally announce the results.
